  • When will my Dr. Martens x A-COLD-WALL* order be shipped?

Pre-orders begin 20th of July. Once payment is received, the order will be immediately picked and packed and will leave the warehouse from the day of release, 25th of July.

  • Can I cancel my Dr. Martens x A-COLD-WALL* order?

Please note, due to the limited status of this release, all sales are final.

Therefore, once the customer receives notification that the order has been picked, packed and is in pre-dispatch status, we are no longer able to cancel the order.

  • Can my Dr. Martens x A-COLD-WALL* order be shipped to a different address?

Yes, orders can be shipped to a different shipping address than your billing one, however, please ensure that you specify this when completing your order or prior to the pre-dispatch notification.

  • Is there a limit to the number of Dr. Martens X A-COLD-WALL* units that a single customer can purchase?

Purchases are limited to one pair per customer, however, you may add other items from the website to your order.

  • Can I return my item once it is delivered or dispatched?
