A-COLD-WALL* Spring/Summer 2023 Collection
Amplifying signature brand themes, A-COLD-WALL* Spring/Summer 2023 presents a modular wardrobe of staples, utility and adornment in constant dialogue. Functionality understood as a mode of service, craft and abstraction collide across contrasting surfaces, a tangible sense of optimism permeating the season’s narrative.
Oversized imagery references optics, light distortion and colour code across this eye-catching jersey capsule, bold typography and numerics - a nod to systems and charts. Soft, draping cotton tees are offered in a relaxed silhouette while logo hoodies become adaptable pieces with side zip inserts - a standard contemporised.
Organic print and bold protection define the Overset Capsule, restrained hues punctuated by marble’s mineral pattern across cotton loopbacks, twills and ripstops. Legwear and a pullover kagool carry bold typography, while the signature ACW Form Gilet supplies maximum warmth.
A-COLD-WALL* & Converse - ACW_CNVS Chuck Taylor 70
Building on a dialogue sparked in 2020 with the release of the Chuck Taylor All Star Lugged, A-COLD-WALL* and Converse unveil the Chuck Taylor 70. Echoing the shoe’s casual design, two loungewear jersey pieces are offered, each emphasising key features of the Chuck Taylor Icon.
Bold colour applications return for the season, brushstroke prints backdropped by isometric grids, a graphic finish for this classic ACW* technique. The collection is completed by a repeat logo bomber in a tactile crinkle finish, utility legwear and finally, the season’s low sneaker in understated black.
Designed for everyday wear, soft and durable loopback jersey carries the season’s reworked ACW* rhombus, an oversized graphic application adding new dimension to established brand iconography.
Crease Print Dye Technique
Cotton knits receive an advanced surface treatment, texture and tone in sharp focus. Creased post construction, the garment is screen-printed for an intense colour effect, a dramatic finish emphasised by exaggerated ribbed hem and cuffs. A simpler, logo-focused alternative plays subdued counterpoint.
